ENSO state is set manually — pick whatever the Pricing Engine is currently using so the comparison is apples-to-apples. Strong El Niño is the standing June 2026 baseline assumption. Mow weeks: Strong El Niño +1 week, Strong La Niña −1 week, otherwise unchanged. Snow: modeled as a storm-bucket distribution (below), not a flat annual-inches figure — this matches the Pricing Engine's SNOW_DIST / applyENSO / snowAnnual logic exactly.

"Increments/evt" = ceil(avg depth ÷ 3) — each storm is billed for the 3" increments it rounds up to, not a continuous share of seasonal inches. "ENSO-adj evts/yr" = round(base evts × ENSO multiplier, 1 decimal) — the only rounding step in the model, applied before the county multiplier. County multiplier (read-only here, set by the county dropdown above) is then applied straight through with no further rounding: cost = adjEvts × countyMult × increments × rate.

Enter window and gutter cost as a single visit's price — the tool doubles it for the annual total since both run 2×/year. Mow and snow stay per-visit/per-increment; leaf and wash are already single annual events.
